Walked Santa Clara avenue this morning then drove to Foothill Ranch and worked out at their Planet Fitness. Afterwards I grabbed coffee and a donut from the Dunkin out there. This afternoon my daughter and I went to the Irvine Spectrum and saw the movie Imaginary. The movie wasn’t particularly good but the experience was fun. Before driving taking her home we stopped at REI and bought her a coat. Then we got her dinner, dropped her of in Aliso Viejo and I continued home to Dana Point. On a personal note, I kind of lost communication with the woman I had been seeing for a while. I am feeling a little blue. Otherwise it was a good day.

March 8, 2024, Friday night, 7:41pm, pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. Still felt a little under the weather last night but improving. Got a call from my boss today, I am getting a discretionary bonus for last year. That helps immensely. Now I can pay off a couple credit cards and still have a tax return coming. This morning the dog came home with me so I could take her to the groomers at 11am. When I dropped her off in Aliso Viejo this evening my daughter and her mom wanted dinner so we drove to the Ruby’s Diner in San Clemente. Now I am home and ready for bed. I am going to get a good rest tonight then go for a walk tomorrow to get back in the workout groove.

March 6-7, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:59am, pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. I wasn’t feeling well yesterday. I finished a call at 4pm then slept for thirteen hours straight. This morning I got up early and came home. I took some cold medicine so I am feeling a little better. I found out yesterday there is a meeting in Arizona next month. The news made me happy. I can’t wait to go back and see familiar places and visit old friends. I am already planning how long to stay and what to do.

March 5, 2024, Tuesday morning, 7:46am, pacific standard time, hotel gym in Carlsbad, California,USA. I have been so busy chasing numbers I haven’t stopped to enjoy being in a moment. For the rest of the year I am not going to worry about hitting milestones of time. Rather, I am going to enjoy existing and savor life as it comes. Today has been good. I slept in, worked out and now I am going to have some coffee and start my work day.

March 4, 2024, Monday morning, 9:17am, pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. I only have a couple of calls today before heading to San Diego to visit the branches down there. As a concept this day is as good as it gets. I couldn’t imagine a much better way to spend Monday, work or otherwise. I am hanging out at home, finishing laundry, then seeing my daughter before taking a short drive to a nice area. It is great. That being said I have anxiety. There is a tightness just below my ribs on the right hand side. I can’t tell if it manifested by physical ailment or emotional struggle. When I am stressed and bear down that is where I feel the tension. But I am not overly stressed right now. Yet it is tightened up and not allowing me to relax. I really need to start focusing on stress relief techniques or I am going to suffer.

March 3, 2024, Sunday evening, 5:48pm, pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. Went to the gym this morning and walked on the treadmill. I was out late last night and not in the mood to lift weights. At 11am I picked up my daughter and we drove around. When we got back she played a Game on her computer and I took the dog for a walk. Later, we went out again before I headed back to Dana Point. It was a good low key Sunday. I felt a little anxiety but that is the norm these days. Starting tomorrow I will be in San Diego county for work.

March 1-2, Friday, Saturday morning 6:32am, pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. Yesterday after work I went to Aliso Viejo. My daughter and her mom were at a doctors appointment then went to dinner so I spent the evening with the dog watching a show on Netflix. I was about to leave when they came home. My daughter and I ended up driving to Irvine listening to music and stopping at 7/11 for candy. Afterwards, I dropped her off and came home. it was a simple yet fun Friday night.
