October 20,2026, Tuesday evening, 5:29pm, pacific standard time, gym at office complex in Costa Mesa, California, USA. Today was a decent day with couple highlights. Some Employees asking for raises, others complaining about co-workers and caseload. Some even doing all three. Nothing overly dramatic. At least it made the day go by fast. This morning I did the Santa Clara walk and a hike shoulder bicep workout.

October 19,2026, Monday evening, 5:59pm, pacific standard time, gym at office complex in Costa Mesa, California,USA. After work I was in my car changing to workout when I noticed a bug crawling on the inside of the windshield. I grabbed him, opened the door, flung him a good ten feet then closed the door and proceeded to change. When I opened the door to leave I noticed he had walked all the way back to me. Maybe I should let him come home with me the same way he got here.

October 18, 2026, Sunday morning, 11:06am, pacific standard time, apartment in Dana point, California, USA. Woke up at four am and did the full combined pch, green lantern, blue lantern walk. It took over two and a half hours. I feel a little drained energy wise but my muscles and posture I feel the best they have been in a long time. . It makes a difference putting in that much road time. Now I am doing laundry, listening to dashboard confessional on pandora and solving New York Times puzzles.

October 17,2026, Saturday afternoon, 3:36pm, pacific standard time, parking lot of fantastic Sam’s, Laguna Niguel,California, USA. Woke up late and did the Los Rios walk. After a little break and home workout I headed to Aliso to walk the dog. At noon mom and I got groceries and Starbucks. Then I came home and did some work as administrator on call. I was able to squeeze in a haircut this afternoon. Now I am heading back home. Today is the 20th anniversary of my dad’s death. I hate to say it has been so long it no longer causes grief. But I have good memories of home. I miss him still.

October 16,2026, Friday evening, 5:30pm, pacific standard time, gym at office complex in Costa Mesa, California,USA. Did the EōS workout for the fourth morning in a row. Then Had a good day at work. Productive meeting at garden grove hospital and lunch in the cafeteria with their leadership team. This afternoon the staff presented me with gifts and balloons for boss’ day. That was very nice and appreciated. I am on call this weekend and there is the Norte fire close to our house. it should be an interesting couple of days.

October 15,2026, Thursday evening, 5/24pm, gym at office complex in Costa Mesa, California,USA. Went to EOS this morning and worked out. Interdisciplinary meetings all day. It wasn’t too bad. Hung out and talked with office stafff this afternoon, put up Halloween decorations. Ut was a lot better day than yesterday. People were crazy pissy yesterday. Now I am on the treadmill relaxing, waiting for traffic to dissipate before I go see my daughter then head home.

October 14,2026,Wednesday afternoon,2:44pm, pacific standard time, office in Costa Mesa, California, USA. Had my discussion with the COO today about the area vice president job. He said he is making a decision within the next week. Not sure how things will go. It would feel strange to uproot and change jobs when this one seemed so secure. Reminiscent of immediate change two years ago with my previous job but for different reasons.

October 13,2026, Tuesday night, 6:32pm, pacific standard time, parking garage, Costa Mesa, California, USA. Went to EOS at 1:30am this morning and had a typical workday. I am a little punchy and so is everyone else. Tomorrow I have an informal discussion about the area vice president job with the COO and his assistant along with my boss the division president. I need to snap out of my funk and get in the right mindset.

October 11/12, 2026, Sunday Monday, 8:35pm, pacific standard time, apartment complex parking lot,Dana Point, California, USA. Went to EOS the last two mornings on account of rain. Sunday I even did a double walk in the treadmill. We didn’t go out to run errands until after 4pm when mom and I picked up my daughter and went to target. Today was overcast and chilly. finally feeling g like fall.

October 10, 2026, Saturday morning 7:14am, pacific standard time, Planet Fitness, Laguna Niguel, California, USA. Went for the blue lantern walk this morning then read a little and took a quick nap. Now on the treadmill for the swine walk and a workout.
