Monday

April 7,2025,Monday evening,6:32pm,pacific standard time,apartment complex parking lot,Dana Point, California, USA. I am pretty wiped out. That is usually the case on weekdays. I haven’t gotten used to 3am wake ups. Getting up that early is so much harder than 4am. 3am is unnatural and requires a lot of discipline. I appreciate the stillness on my walk that early. And the extra time in the morning is nice. But, I feel like a perpetual zombie. Something has to give. I can’t wake up this early, work, see my daughter and get home around 7pm everyday. I have to figure out a better plan. Tomorrow is the regional meeting. We are hosting in our complex.. I am still peeved it is in Orange County. I want to travel and show up at 11am. Instead I am home and have to be there like a refueled workday. Plus’s the dinner is at six so I have to sit around and wait for it to start instead of going home. I am grumpy tonight. Time to get some rest.
