April 8,2025,Tuesday night,9:08pm,pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. We had the first day of our big regional meeting today. Each branch gave a 20 minute presentation on their operations, marketing, and clinical quality. Tomorrow the regional leadership team will share more information and best practices. This evening we all attended a team dinner at Social, a restaurant in Costa Mesa. Many people were still going strong when I left; ordering drinks, taking pictures, laughing, having a good time. There are going to be a lot of sleepy, bloodshot eyes tomorrow morning. I don’t miss those days. I am going to live vicariously through them and enjoy a hangover free morning tomorrow.
