Mother’s Day 2025

May 11,2025,Sunday night, Mothers Day, 7:49pm,pacific standard time,apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. I did the usual blue lantern walk this morning.,followed by a work out at Planet fitness. I got a large coffee from Peets in Aliso, then headed home to start laundry. At 10am mom and I grabbed Starbucks for my daughters mom and also grabbed Canes chicken for my daughter. After visiting for a while mom and I went to Costco to buy household items and snacks for my daughter. We were both pretty tired by that point so we took an afternoon nap and relaxed. Around 4pm we headed back up to Aliso Viejo and had Rubios for dinner as a family. Now we are back in Dana Point ready for bed. When we got out of the car mom almost fell again. At this point I see the end coming soon. A major fall with a mobility limiting fracture is how the end usually starts. Hard to face that truth on Mother’s Day but it is something I have often seen professionally.
