Long Monday

May 12,2025,Monday night,7:30pm,pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. Long day. Walked and worked out then took my daughter to school. We were busy at work so I didn’t get to nap. By 2pm I was dragging. After work I exchanged cars with my daughters mom so she had air conditioning when her new boss comes to town. When I got back to the apartment mom was confused. She didn’t make coffee in the morning and I am not sure how much she is eating when I am not here. She said she had half a protein bar but I am not sure she remembers. She couldn’t recall what month it is and wanted to change the date on her phone. It is hard seeing her to go through this process. Things are changing rapidly. This is the beginning of the end. Time to make life adjustments and accommodate the situation.
