VP job

May 19,2025,Monday evening,6:37pm,pacific standard time, apartment parking lot,Dana Point, California, USA. I applied for a regional Vice President position today. The good news is I heard back from them right away. The bad news is they scheduled a 15 minute phone screen. For next week. This is the same group I interviewed with three years ago for a director job in San Diego. They dragged their feet back then as well. I doubt any of the same players are still around, turnover happens quickly in hospice. However, company culture usually outlasts employees. Given that it is probably safe to assume this will be a waste of time. But the money, title and responsibility are worth at least giving it a try.
