June 30,2025,Monday night,6:41,pacific standard time,apartment complex parking lot,Dana Point, California, USA. I am in a weird mood. Indifferent to everything. Job, dreams, life in general. I went through the motions at work but wasn’t overly engaged. I am sure it is just being tired and coming back from a couple days off. Tomorrow will be better. I am re-programming my mind to view things from fresh perspectives. That means a lot of old beliefs are falling by the wayside. Oh well, change is good.

June 29,2025,Sunday evening,6:24pm,pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. Went for a walk this morning then worked out at home. Did laundry then did some grocery shopping. Picked up my daughter to grab a bagel then we went to Color Me Mine to get our art from Father’s Day. After a nap I went to Target then dropped off stuff in Aliso Viejo and came back home. A easy going Sunday.

June 28,2025,Saturday evening,6:27pm,pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. I feel a little better than yesterday. Hopefully that trend continues. I have spent the day with the dog while my daughter and her mom went to north LA county to get cell phone upgrades. I also got my car washed and the oiled changed. Other than that we drove around a little, got a coffee and pup cup from Starbucks and walked in the office park off town center in Laguna Niguel. A pretty low key but fun day.

June 27,2025,Friday night,7:03pm,pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. I stayed home from work and slept all day. This morning was rough. Randomly my lower back on the right side started to ache. Around noon I started feeling better but in the last hour symptoms are starting to crop up again. I worry this is my new baseline. That would be unfortunate. I have trouble concentrating and being productive when in physical discomfort.

June 26,2025,Thursday night,8:11pm,pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. I went to urgent care this afternoon. I was so uncomfortable something needed to be done. They took an ultrasound and gave me IV antibiotics. The pain has subsided but I still feel pressure in my pelvic area. I will take that trade off for the moment. Better to be uncomfortable than hurting. Today was a busy day. I had meetings in the morning and two marketing presentations this afternoon. There was even a dinner scheduled tonight but I couldn’t make it. I am going to stay home and take a sick day tomorrow. I need to get some rest. I am physically and mentally tired.

June 25,2025,Wednesday evening,6:39pm,pacific, standard time,parking lot, school of rock, San Juan Capistrano,California, USA. When I don’t feel well things seem overwhelming. Last night I started having issues with inflammation. It has carried over through today. It isn’t excruciating but annoying enough to occupy my mind and sap my resolve. I am going to take my daughter home then get back to Dana Point to get a good night’s rest. Tomorrow is filled with meetings and a dinner. Hopefully it is a better day.

June 24,2025,Tuesday night,7:03pm,pacific standard time, apartment complex parking lot,Dana Point, California, USA. I overslept this morning. Or at least I thought I did. I didn’t get up until 3:29am. Typically I am up by 3:18am at the latest. To make up time I worked out at home though I didn’t need to. I could have stayed on my walk and gym schedule and would have only been a minute or two late. Now I know the absolute latest I can sleep in and still get to the gyms before it opens at 5am.

June 23,2025,Monday night, 7:33pm,pacific standard time, apartment complex parking lot,Dana Point, California, USA. Drove to a meeting at Madero 1899 in Fullerton this afternoon. Turns out the place is a block away from the house of someone I used to know. Actually, she lives a couple hours north of her. The house in Fullerton is a family property they were getting ready to rent. She would come down to Orange County to visit. I am not sure what happened to her. They probably rented the building and she no longer comes down. Be that as it may, seeing the house brought back memories. I haven’t talked to her in over a year and see no need to rekindle that flame. Today was simply a moment of nostalgia that quickly subsided.

June 22,2025, Sunday afternoon,4:31pm,pacific standard time,Starbucks off Alicia Parkway and Niguel Raid, Laguna Niguel,California,USA. I am trying a splash of 2% milk in my afternoon coffee. Usually I drink my coffee black and prefer it that way in the morning. But in the afternoon drinking hot black coffee seems too acidic. I tried other drinks in the afternoon, the nitro brewed cold coffee and green iced tea but neither were game changers. Not sure coffee and milk is a winner either but I am trying. The milk definitely cuts the acidity.

June 21,2025,Saturday night,7:29pm,pacific standard time, apartment in Aliso Viejo, California,USA. Took my daughter to Pasadena this morning to get cosplay clothes and wigs. Her mom has been shopping for a car all day and finally found one at Carmax. She is finishing up the purchase then we are going to go for a drive.
