July 29,2025,Tuesday night,7:46pm,pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. I did the 5am gym routine for the second morning in a row. I just couldn’t get out of bed before 4:30am. I like the extra hour of sleep, walking on the treadmill and listening to my sports news but I also miss my outdoor walk and morning leisure time. It is always a trade off. If I get up early I have brain fog all day. When I get up later I have anxiety because I don’t do enough self-care. Tomorrow is a gym day regardless since it is a back workout. Either I get up at 3:30am to do the blue lantern walk and a quick visit to planet fitness or I do the 5am gym time for a third straight day.
