Cake

October 7,2025,Tuesday night,7:44pm,pacific standard time,apartment in Dana Point,USA. A typical work day. We had staff meeting this afternoon. That seemed to go well. I ate a couple bites of cake. I shouldn’t do that any more. Ice cream is a good dessert, it doesn’t make me feel bad. Cake on the other hand sucks. my blood sugar is out of whack and I am grouchy. probably more from eating a small amount on an empty stomach more than eating cake in general, but still. The payoff isn’t worth the effort any more. Especially late in the afternoon.
