November 4,2025,Tuesday night,7:22pm,pacific standard time,apartment in Dana Point, California,USA. Went for the full pch/blue lantern walk this morning. I appreciated getting back in my routine after an off day yesterday. I am still in a funk. Some of it is physiological. Some of it seems to be daylight savings time sending, and some of it just not having anything to be excited about. But I had a good work meeting today at a hospital with the chief medical officer. That made me feel a little better. And the election results tonight look favorable. Maybe the tide is turning.
