January 2,2026,Friday night, 5:51pm,pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. I have had an upset stomach all day. It started on my walk and never abated. I have used the bathroom so many times today I lost count. Eventfully I drove home early to lie down. Not that I feel particularly sick, rather because I was tired of being in public and uncomfortable. My daughter and her friend came over with In & Out for grandma. They left about a half hour ago. Now we are going to turn in early and get on the road by 6am. Hopefully a good nights rest will settle my system.
