January 6,2026,Tuesday night, 8:07pm,pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. This morning I felt rested and still got up at 3am. I walked to the heritage park lookout, which is about a 50 minute round trip. It was a good walk. Not the distance I usually cover but enough to feel like a challenge and not be rushed and/or tired. I also feel better upset stomach wise. overall a good day,
