January 15,2026,Thursday morning, 4:18am,pacific standard time, in Dana Point, California, USA. I woke up around midnight then fell back asleep until 3am. That put me behind schedule. To make up time I did the heritage park lookout walk. That is the shortest route I consider a full workout. The amazing thing is I jogged almost half of it. That made time go quicker. I need that right now. Physically I can cover 10 miles a day walking/jogging. Mentally it is a little harder. dedicating the two plus hours on a work week morning to getting in that distance wears on me. I am in a good place right now. I will keep doing the shorter walk and build distance later. This morning I have a teeth cleaning at 8am then this evening I am taking my daughter to her previous schools film fest at the Irvine spectrum. It will be a great day.
