January 16,2026,Friday morning,4:58am,pacific standard time, in Dana Point, California, USA. I got home at 9:30pm last night and went straight to bed. The film festival was fun. My daughter got to see some old friends and visit with some teachers. She had parts in a couple movies so it was a treat to see her on the screen. At the end she received a bouquet of flowers for helping edit content. I am happy for her. Personally, I slept in this morning rather than going for a walk. I inadvertently left my phone in the car last night and didn’t bother to get it until this morning. By the time I got it the window to walk had passed. That’s alright, I will walk doubly far tomorrow. Yesterday at the dentist they found a cracked tooth. I go back next week to get fitted for a porcelain overlay and one more appointment in four weeks for the final placement.
