January 27,2026, Tuesday morning,2:44am, pacific standard time, in Dana Point, California, USA. I did the blue lantern walk this morning and now am watching the weather and sipping coffee. I still haven’t quite figured out the best way to approach the two hour/7+ mile run/walk each day. Physically, I can do that much distance and I feel better with that level of effort. However, committing to a two hour block everyday is a hard psychological barrier to cross. For now I will take it day by day. I had a good walk this morning and enjoyed the time/distance. That is enough for today.
