February 10,2026,Tuesday morning, 3:26, pacific standard time, in Dana Point, California, USA. I met my daughter and her mom for dinner at Mendocino Farms last night. I didn’t each much but what I did have sat uncomfortably in my stomach the rest of the night and into this morning. I am starting to feel better and presently eating an Oreo builder bar. I think I am going to go back to bed for a couple hours to recoup some strength before work
