February 27,2026,Friday morning,8:31am, pacific standard time,office in Costa Mesa, California, USA. Last night a group of people from work went to Nigel’s in Long Beach for a work dinner with the staff of a skilled nursing center we do business with. it was a lot of fun. I ate a lot of delicious food. I didn’t get home until 10pm and stayed up until 11. It was fun to go out and enjoy the company of others but now I am dragging. Too much good food and not enough sleep. At least I didn’t drink alcohol. That would have made it ten times worse.
