Interview

March 11,2026, Wednesday morning, 3:30am, pacific standard time,apartment in Dana Point, California,USA. Yesterday a panel of us directors got on a video call to discuss the interview we will conduct for the new area vice president. She happens to be my old boss, the one that hired me to work in Arizona five years ago. I think she will get the job and she will do well in the role. I am a little peeved they are hiring an outsider when I expressed interest and was qualified for the position but at this point I am better staying where I am. I have negotiated my salary to a good place, have high bonus potential and I lead a good team. And there is more stability at the director level. I am happy where I’m at and with the situation I am presently in.
