March 21,2026,Saturday afternoon,12:01pm, pacific standard time,Planet Fitness, Laguna Niguel, California, USA. Last night went to EOS at 1am and worked out on the treadmill. Then I came home and went back to sleep. I woke up around seven, did some pushups, listened to music and gained. At 9:3-0 I had coffee with a new friend then kicked up my contacts and bought some body wash at Bath and Body Works. Now I am at Planet Fitness doing an easy walk. I will head to Aliso and see how everyone is doing when I finish.
