April 2,2026,Thursday morning,4:02am,pacific standard time,apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. Last night after dropping my daughter off at home a patient’s family member called requesting supplies. Even though the potent lived less than ten minutes away I didn’t have anything in me car. I ended up driving to Costa Mesa, grabbing the supplies then dropping them off in Mission Viejo. It was a longer night than I anticipated but in situations like that there are few alternatives.
