My biggest goals in life were counting time and collecting money. Waiting for a finish line I called retirement.
At that point I would count up all the money I made, set a budget for a lifestyle and depending on how lavish I could live I would determine if I ‘won’ or not.
My objective, my energy is all messed up. My mind and emotions short circuit in an electrical storm when I try to pin it down. It feels so weird.

Create space, always in control of situation. Hand coming in is for praise and reassurance. Get softer not louder, enter space to get point across, change words. Short and to point. Good girl.
I go into this weird state where I have energy, time to do stuff but I get all pissy and anxious and end up just stewing. Sometimes I don’t have any energy and other times I can’t properly direct it. How do I get it flowing and growing?
I spend too much time in my head. Thinking may make me feel better or it may make me feel anxious but it doesn’t produce results. I can’t think my way to achieving my objective. Objective focused is action focused.
