Confidence part 2

Every day our confidence is eroded a little from forces inside and out.

The constant feeling of disapproval from others real or imagined. The harsh critique of ourselves at work and second guessing our interactions with friends and family.

By the end of the day we feel drained and beaten up.

Refuel, replenish and recharge your confidence.

Replenish your energy, reclaim your strength.

Reclaim replenish your positive energy
