September 13, 2026, Sunday night, 9:17pm, pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. Busy day. Went to EOS at three am and walked two hours on the treadmill followed by a chest/tricep workout. After that I did laundry. Then mom and I went to Costco for gas followed by Target and Ralph’s in Talega. We barely got home when my daughter and I drove to get her car, fill the tank with gas, change her oil and pick up the dog from the groomer. I brought mom home then went to mission viejo to watch Sunday night football with a friend. Now I am home and getting ready for bed. today was the dog’s seventh birthday. We celebrated with a haircut, short walk and an expensive dog cookie.
