Dental hygiene

September 15,2026, Tuesday night, 8:52pm, pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California,USA. Slept in until 2:30am and did the pch/santa Clara walk. I had a dental hygiene appointment today at 8am. No matter what I do I can’t to keep my gums healthy. Frustrating. The hygienist recommended certain flossing picks and a gum stimulator. Hopefully those help. after work I walked on the treadmill, took my daughter to move her car for street sweeping tomorrow then bought her dinner at McDonald’s. All while answering calls/emails and texts for work. I even had to create a new patient chart in the restaurant parking lot while my daughter ate. All in all it was a busy but fun day.
