September 22,2026, Tuesday morning, 1:38am, pacific standard time, eos gym, Sam Clemente , California, USA. Spring equinox at 5pm tonight. I Was able to get up early and make it to the gym. If I get up between 1am and 1:30am I go to the gym. If I get up after two am I do the Santa Clara walk. My daughter lost her iPod headphones. She was borrowing her mom’s at night and it was causing drama. I gave (lent her?) mine. Ironically, my AirPods are a pair she bought in Texas a couple years ago when she thought she lost hers last time. It is a different experience to be on the treadmill without music to listen to or videos to watch. But i do appreciate being aware instead of tuned out. I choose to embrace adventure and choose to be happy.
