October 1.2026, Thursday evening, 5:22pm, pacific standard time, gym at office complex, Costa Mesa, California, USA. Went to eat again this morning. Today was our back to gal to back meeting day. I am drained and cranky. Came to the office gym to workout and let traffic abate. My daughter is not available tonight so I will go home and get to bed early.
