October 22,2026, Thursday evening, 5:27pm, pacific standard time, gym at office complex in Costa Mesa, California, USA. I was dragging all morning. Got up and went to EOS to workout. Went back to sleep at 4am and was groggy still at 6am. Stopped at the store for fruit and water for the office on my way into work. Nothing too exciting at work. Just a filler day. But I won’t complain. Nice to have a simple day without a lot of drama.
