October 27,28, Tuesday Wednesday bought, 7:07pm, pacific standard time, apartment complex parking lot, Dana Point, California, USA. Yesterday I couldn’t rally. I was under the weather the whole time. I ended up sitting in the office complex parking lot in Irvine completely tired and zoned out. After attending a virtual meeting at 2pm I headed south. I paid a bill at my daughter’s podiatrist office and picked up gift cards for the staff birthdays. I went to bed at 6:20pm last night. No workout at all yesterday and no work out this morning. I did walk at the office gym tonight. I feel rundown but surprisingly better than yesterday. I am going to go to bed and hopefully continue to heal.
