October 30, 2026, Friday morning, 3:28am, pacific standard time, apartment in Dana point, California,USA. It rained last night so I decided to sprout at EōS in San Clemente. However when I pulled up the place was closed with note on the door saying it was because of a scheduled power outage. With no alternative I drove up to the blue lantern walk and took my chances of getting caught in a downpour. Luckily the weather held off and I enjoyed a dry run on my favorite route. Things turned out well. An unexpected inconvenience turned into a happy memory. A good way to start the day.
