July 9,2026, Thursday night, 7/38pm, mountain standard time, hotel gym, Hampton Inn, St. George, Utah, USA. We made it to St. George about an hour ago. The kids are in one room while mom and my daughter’s mom are in another. I am going to stay on the second floor with the dog. Originally the single room was for mom but she was feeling lonely. That is alright, I don’t mind being alone with the dog. July 8,2026, Wednesday afternoon, 1:13pm, pacific standard time, parking garage, office complex, Costa Mesa, California, USA. I left work early to pick up the minivan for our trip tomorrow. I decided to take a moment to enjoy the experience of leaving early and anticipating the trip. You only live once. It is wise to make the most of small pleasures like being out of the office.

July 7,2026, Tuesday night, 9:24pm, pacific standard time,apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. I woke up and did the Santa Clara walk this morning. Something is causing an allergic reaction so I have had a headache and nausea all week. Consequently I went back to bed after my walk then got up and went to work. I feel stressed planning the Wyoming trip Thursday. It will be fine but logistics are tricky. I rented a minivan. Hopefully that’s enough room to get mom’s things back to California.

July 6,2026,Monday morning, 2:52am, pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. Yesterday I got a massage. It was my first massage in over 16 years. I booked a 30 minute session to try it out. It went pretty good. I had a male masseuse. If I am honest, it was a little awkward. I would have preferred a female. But it felt good and I am interested in trying other places and offerings.

July 4/5, Saturday/Sunday morning, 7:34am, paucity standard time, Peet’s coffee, Laguna Niguel, California,USA.yesterday I drove my daughter to Los Angeles for an anime convention. Then I came home, took mom shopping and mostly hung out at the house. It was busy in Dana point and parking was hard to come by all weekend. I didn’t want to leave and risk losing my spot. In the afternoon I walked to Los Rios then did a short walk with mom. Afterwards we had dinner and watched tv. I went to bed early out of boredom. This morning I walked blue lantern and killed time until the gym opened. Now I am going to grab a coffee.

July 3,2026, Friday afternoon, 12:03pm, pacific standard time, parking lot, office building, Laguna Niguel, California, USA. Today is the holiday observed so the office is closed. I worked out at Planet fitness then went home to shower. On my way I stopped at the complex next door to see if I could find a pair of shoes I ordered online that were delivered to the wrong address. Sure enough, the shoes were sitting outside the same numbered unit as mine where apparently they have been since Tuesday. However, I had already contacted the company and they are sending a new pair. Not sure if I should keep them, send them back or exchange them for a different color when they get here.

July 2,2026, Thursday morning, 12:36am, pacific standard time,apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. The concert was awesome. Afterwards we stopped at McDonald’s to get my daughter chicken nuggets for dinner. I took the dog for a potty break when we got to Aliso. I just got home and crawled into bed. Side note: shoes I ordered said they were delivered but never arrived. The website noted this happens periodically so I probably shouldn’t be worried. I still would like to get my new kicks.

June 30-July 1, Wednesday morning, 3:06am, pacific standard time, in Dana Point, California, USA. Tonight my daughter and I are going to the Tom Keifer/LA Guns concert in Anaheim. Yesterday I left work early and got to aliso Viejo just after 5pm. We drove around and picked up her new glasses before I went to planet fitness and came home. This morning I did the Santa Clara route and a back workout. Now I am reading a little bit before going back to bed and heading to work.

June 29,2026, Monday morning, 3:27am, pacific standard time,apartment in Dana Point, California,USA. This morning feels great. It was a quiet on call weekend and now a short week until a three day weekend. Plus my daughter and I are going to the LA Guns/Tom Keifer show Wednesday. I am in the best place of my life. I am done having to prove myself. I am here to be of use to the universe.

June 28,2026,Sunday morning, 8:24am, pacific standard time, apartment in Dana Point, California, USA. Yesterday was a good day. I took mom shopping then after a quick nap went to planet fitness to walk on the treadmill then went driving with my daughter. I got a venti iced coffee that I finally finished this morning. I have already walked and worked out. Norman doing laundry and eating builder bars. They have a new white fudge Oreo. It isn’t as good as the original Oreo.
